The IFM is an international organisation, dedicated to the advancement of sustainable fisheries management. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in fish and fisheries, their proper management and conservation.

Training

Created in 1969 in the UK, we have branches in the UK and our own training system. We organise many events through the year, from national conferences to small branch visits. IFM members can apply to achieve the Chartered Environmentalist qualification via the Society for the Environment.
